• The bar is rated to take a maximum load of 50kg, allowing for additional plates to be purchased and added as you improve and the weight plates in-built handles make them suitable for use as an improvised dumbbell as well as on the bar.

• The FunctionalFitness Vinyl Studio Aerobics Mat is manufactured from a specially formulated, shock absorbent PVC foam and at 9.5mm thick, this mat provides the user with the optimum in both comfort and support during exercise.

• The mat features a non-slip base, making it suitable for use on all floor types and its wipe clean top allows for easy cleaning. The mat also features eyelets for hanging which allow for easy storage.

• Additionally, the mat weighs less than 1kg and is suitable for rolling which makes it effortless to transport.

• Finally, the FunctionalFitness 3 Height Adjustable Aerobic Step offers 3 heights of 10cm, 15cm and 20cm, allowing you to increase and decrease the height dependant on exercise type and user ability.
